Backing Up and Importing Campaigns (.dpx)
Export your Discount Prime campaigns to a .dpx backup file and import them later. What a backup includes and what you need to set up again.

You can save a copy of your campaigns as a .dpx backup file and import it later, for example before uninstalling, or to copy campaigns between stores.
Export a Backup
Open Safe uninstall from the sidebar (or Settings → About this app → Open Safe uninstall).
Click Export history (CSV).
A file named campaigns-export.dpx downloads. Keep it somewhere safe.
💡 Despite the button label, the file is a .dpx campaign backup, not a CSV spreadsheet. Don't edit it.
Import a Backup
Open Campaigns.
Click Import in the page header.
Select your .dpx file.
Review the imported campaigns. They always arrive inactive (Deactive), so nothing goes live by surprise.
Open each campaign, check its products and settings, then activate it.
What a Backup Includes
Core campaign settings are restored, including campaign type, discount values and tiers, product scope and schedule.

Product IDs only match within the same store. When importing into a different store, check every campaign's product selection.
Backups and Reinstalling
If you uninstall Discount Prime and install it again later, the app starts fresh: campaigns from the previous install are not shown. Export a backup before uninstalling if you might come back, then import it after reinstalling.

Why are my imported campaigns inactive?
Imports always arrive inactive so you can review them first. Activate each one when you're ready.
Will my bundles and free gifts come back after import?
Their bundle, cross-sell, upsell and gift settings aren't included in the backup. Set those parts up again after importing.
Can I open the .dpx file in Excel?
No. It's a backup file for Discount Prime. Use Import on the Campaigns page.
Do I lose my campaigns if I reinstall?
A reinstall starts with no campaigns. Import your .dpx backup to bring them back.
