Where to Find It
Go to Widgets, then open the Cross-sell card (or use Manage widget settings inside a cross-sell campaign).

What You Can Configure
Display

Text customization

| Product page title | Shown above the offers on the product page |
| Cart title | Shown above the offers in the cart |

| Added button text | Shown on the button right after the offer is added |
| Discount badge suffix | Used in the reward badge, for example "10% off" |
| New price badge text | Used when the reward sets a fixed price, for example "New price $18.00" |
| Error message | Shown under an offer when adding it fails |
Colors
Button background, Button text color, Widget background color, Text color.
The preview switches between Product page and Cart, and includes a sample variant selector (offers with several variants show a selector on their tile).

Step-by-Step: Configure the Widget
- Go to Widgets → Cross-sell.
- Toggle Display widget on store ON.
- Edit the titles, button texts and badge texts.
- Set the colors.
- Check the preview for both placements and click Save.
Step-by-Step: Verify It Works
- Confirm you have an active Cross-sell campaign with a placement of Product page, Cart, or Both.
- In an Incognito tab, open a trigger product and confirm the offers appear (not the product you're viewing).
- Tap Add on an offer. Confirm the button shows the added text and the cart updates.

Tips & Common Mistakes
- Requires an active Cross-sell campaign. The widget only displays, discounts come from the campaign.
- Placement is set per campaign (Product page, Cart, Both, None), not here.
- The page refreshes shortly after an add so the cart count and totals stay in sync with your theme.
- Offers never include the product being viewed, or products already in the cart.
Mini FAQ
Why don't I see the widget?
Check the app embed, that Display widget on store is on, the campaign is active, the trigger is in the cart or on the page, and the placement includes this surface.
Can I change the badge text per campaign?
These are shared widget texts for all cross-sell campaigns.
