Discount Prime

Your Discount Prime Dashboard

A guide to the Discount Prime dashboard: the first-sale checklist, revenue and discount KPIs, revenue mix, recent orders, top campaigns and plan usage.

Updated November 1, 2026

The dashboard is the first page you see when you open Discount Prime. It shows how your campaigns are performing and what to do next.

Get Your First Sale

New stores see a short checklist that takes you from install to a working discount:

  1. Enable app embed: turn on the Discount Prime app embed in your Shopify theme so widgets and prices show on the storefront.

  2. Create your first campaign: start from scratch or click Browse templates.

  3. Test it on your storefront: open a discounted product and add it to the cart to see the saving.

Each step is marked complete as you finish it.

The campaigns bringing in the most revenue.

Profit colors (red for loss, yellow for thin margin, green for healthy) follow the Performance color thresholds in Settings. Orders need a Cost per item on their products to show profit.

The usage card shows how many campaigns and live discounted variants you're using compared with your plan's limits. When you get close to a limit, upgrade from Plans or deactivate campaigns you no longer need.

Going Deeper

For detailed numbers, filters and order-level profit, open Analytics from the sidebar. You can also get a weekly summary by email with the Weekly Digest.

Mini FAQ

Why does my dashboard show no revenue?

Revenue appears after your first order that uses a live Discount Prime campaign.

Why are some orders not colored by profit?

Profit needs a Cost per item on the products. Add missing costs from Analytics.

What counts toward the usage limits?

Live campaigns and the unique variants they discount. Draft and inactive campaigns don't count.
